A useful estimate should account for more than the minutes spent spraying. Labor can include travel and setup, while job-specific chemicals and fuel add direct cost. A share of overhead such as insurance, equipment, software and administration can also be allocated to each job. Payment processing fees can be modeled separately because they depend on the final sale price.
